Due to the handmade nature of our clothing line, most orders are custom made upon ordering, we will do our best to ship as promptly as possible, but due to the limited supply and artisan nature of our apparel some delays may occur. We appreciate your patience.  

Most in-stock orders are shipped out via UPS within 5 business days of the order being received.

Please inspect your products upon receipt!

Returns on unused merchandise may be accepted within 15 business days of purchase when accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA) number. Due to the hand made and sometimes one off nature of our clothing line some items will not be accepted for returns. Please contact us at sales@Nevuary.com to arrange authorization. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and all returned items may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

Only unused, unopened items may be returned for credit. If you attempted to install, fire, wear or wash an item it is considered used.

Any package received without an RMA number will be refused and returned at the buyer’s expense. Any products returned to Nevuary that do not meet our return requirements will also be returned at the buyer’s expense.

Exchanges on unused merchandise are available for up to 15 days from purchase date and limited to available stock on hand. Please contact us at Sales@Nevuary.com to arrange authorization. Buyer is responsible for return and re-shipping costs for exchanged items.

Cancellation of placed orders is available for up to 5 business days from purchase date if order has not shipped. Shipped orders are not able to be canceled and are subject to our return policy and any applicable fees. Please contact us at Sales@Nevuary.com to arrange authorization.

All refunds will be made to the original purchase’s funding source.
